REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee is $2,250 per attendee.
The registration fee covers all charges related to the summit.
Each participant is responsible for his/her Flight ticket, Hotels, Insurance, Local transportation…

REFUND POLICY
In case the U.S. VISA is denied or cancellation, $2,000 will be refunded to the attendee within 60 business days from the date of reception of the visa denial or cancellation letter.
ACCOMMODATIONS & U.S. VISA
We will be happy to assist each participant in hotels reservation for free from 3 stars to 5 stars hotels.
Each participant is responsible for his/her U.S. VISA application in the country where he/she resides. The summit organizer will send all supporting documents for the VISA application.
